Questions
Is RuneScrap really free?
Yes. The free tier includes all core features. Supporter access is entirely optional and exists to help cover infrastructure and development costs while also keeping the platform ad free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you cancel, your account drops back to free tier limits after your billing period ends. The one exception is your OSRS account limit: once you subscribe, you keep the ability to track up to 5 accounts permanently, even after cancelling.
What are milestone screenshots?
Skill 99s, high-value drops (>500M GP value), and Pet drops. These screenshots are kept forever for all users because of their sentimental value.
What is the monthly event limit?
This is the number of events you can send to RuneScrap each month. Your current event count and limit is displayed in your account settings. Supporter access raises this ceiling significantly for players that wish to track more events or track many OSRS accounts.
What is an event?
An event is anything your OSRS account does that the Dink RuneLite plugin captures and sends to RuneScrap: loot drops, level ups, quests, pet drops, combat achievements, clue completions, deaths, and more. Each of these counts as one event toward your monthly limit. You are in control of what events are sent by configuring the settings in your Dink RuneLite plugin.
